Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager based in Cincinnati, OH. The Construction Project Manager will oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating project activities, supervising construction progress, managing budgets, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality, efficient project execution.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
  • Expertise in Project Coordination and Project Management
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and financial oversight for projects
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Relevant experience in the construction or real estate industries
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
