Job Overview

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing

Requirements

-Experience with dentrix is a plus

- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)

- Professional attitude and appearance

- Solid written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

- Excellent organizational skills

- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

- Knowledge of Spanish is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 32 per week
