Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience as a Used Car Sales Director or GSM responsible for pre-owned operations
  • Proven success in high-volume used car dealerships
  • Expertise in inventory management, pricing strategy, and digital retailing for pre-owned vehicles
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and operational planning skills
  • Track record of driving profitability and customer satisfaction
