About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Paver Installer who understands the full process. From preparing the base to finishing the final seal coat. This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to execute projects efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and level paver bases accurately
  • Lay, cut, and set pavers cleanly and evenly
  • Fill joints, sand, and apply seal coating
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas
  • Communicate clearly with team members to ensure job completion on schedule

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of paver installation experience (start to finish)
  • Strong understanding of grading, compaction, and layout techniques
  • Keen eye for detail and symmetry
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites
  • Physically able to perform manual labor outdoors
