Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Internet Sales Representative to join our team. This role is crucial in driving sales through online channels and enhancing customer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to navigate the sales pipeline effectively. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing product information, and closing sales while ensuring a positive experience for our clients. This is a hybrid position that could lead to being remote with monthly office visits.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers through various online platforms to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships and track sales progress.
  • Conduct cold calling and follow-up communications to nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Demonstrate high-level negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Upsell products and services based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance online visibility and attract new customers.
  • Deliver presentations or demonstrations as needed, showcasing products to potential buyers.
  • Support your manager with administrative tasks.

Experience

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

  • Outside sales, preferably in B2C sales environments.
  • Retail sales experience with a strong understanding of retail math and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with automobile sales.
  • Proficient in using CRM software for tracking customer interactions and managing the sales process.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and public speaking skills to communicate professionally with clients.
