As a Security Guard - Property Patrol Driver in Sacramento, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned residential and commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining visible and approachable. This is a driving post, so you will actively move throughout the property to provide support, respond to incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential and commercial real estate locations and their perimeters, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the site.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal procedures.
• Communicate professionally with residents, tenants, visitors, and/or employees while providing assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency services when required during incidents or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
