Summary

As a Retail Store Supervisor at JCP Apex Group LLC, you will oversee daily operations in our grocery store, ensuring that our team delivers outstanding customer service and maintains high standards of product presentation. This role is vital to our commitment to excellence in retail.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and organization.
  • Train new staff on customer service standards and operational procedures.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Utilize POS systems for transactions and reporting purposes.
  • Conduct regular audits of stock levels and product displays.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail supervision or management, preferably in a grocery setting.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations is essential.
  • Basic math skills for inventory management and sales reporting are required.
  • Ability to lead a team, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Knowledge of retail math concepts is beneficial but not mandatory.
