Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to work with behavioral patients 1v1.

Responsibilities:

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders

Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.

Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

Currently licensed as an RN in the current state.

Current 2 Step TB or Chest X-Ray (Under 1 Year Old of Placement or Chest X-Ray)

Current BLS card (Hands-On Course is required)

One year of prior professional nursing experience preferred

FBI Fingerprints Clearance (Must be under 1 year old)

Child Abuse Clearance (Must be under 1 year old)
