We're looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to lead our team, streamline operations, and ensure smooth production and delivery across all departments.

What You'll Do

As the Operations Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of our facility, manage staff, and create systems that improve efficiency and output. You'll ensure that every order—from refurbishment to delivery—is completed on time and meets our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement operational systems and workflows for greater efficiency.
  • Oversee production activities, including furniture refurbishment and powder coating.
  • Ensure orders are completed and delivered accurately and on schedule.
  • Coordinate shipping, delivery, and logistics with internal teams.
  • Maintain inventory levels and monitor supply needs.
  • Track key performance metrics and report on operational performance.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are upheld across all departments.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in operations or production management (furniture or manufacturing experience a plus).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to implement efficient systems and processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $60,000 per year
  • Performance-based incentives available
  • Paid time off and holidays

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:00 pm
