Position Overview

This position involves direct communication with customers via email, phone, and in person, handling job quotes and digital proofs. You'll use Adobe Illustrator to prepare proofs for customer review and assist with light custom graphic design when needed.

Adobe Illustrator and customer service experience are required (no exceptions).

Experience with screen printing, heat transfers, or apparel design is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers to prepare quotes and proofs
  • Set up artwork for print production
  • Assist in production tasks such as weeding vinyl, packing, and preparing orders for shipping
  • Maintain shop cleanliness and organization
  • Create or format designs for online listings and social media
  • Perform light e-commerce data entry (Etsy, eBay, WordPress, Shopify)

Pay & Details

Pay: $17.00 – $18.50 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday

Environment: Creative, hands-on, and fast-paced with plenty of opportunities to learn new skills
