Overview

Responsibilities

  • Assess student performance through various evaluation methods, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in education administration to enhance program offerings and improve overall educational quality.
  • Mentor and support students, fostering a positive learning environment that encourages academic success.
  • Stay current with developments in the field of education, integrating new methodologies into teaching practices.

Experience

  • Proven experience in higher education teaching, demonstrating effective instructional techniques.
  • Background in education administration is preferred, showcasing an understanding of institutional policies and procedures.
  • University experience that highlights familiarity with academic environments and student engagement strategies.
  • Strong teaching skills with a focus on creating inclusive learning spaces for diverse student populations.
