Position Overview
The Senior Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for driving new business opportunities and managing key accounts within the enterprise sector. This role is focused on building relationships with potential clients, generating pipeline, and achieving sales quotas while contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Compenastaion:
Base Pay between $150k - $165k DOE / OTE up to $330k (Uncapped)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the enterprise market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at prospective organizations.
- Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed quotas.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new logos for the company.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and forecasts to management.
Qualifications
- Proven track record as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role focused on enterprise clients.
- Strong business development skills with a focus on pipeline generation and new business acquisition.
- Experience in selling SaaS products or solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- A hunter mentality with a passion for driving sales and achieving results.
