We are experiencing tremendous growth and are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for our communities in Moreno Valley and Riverside, CA

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 2 years previous residential apartment maintenance experience
  • Familiarity with the maintenance demands of an approx. 150-unit property
  • Weekends/holidays may be required
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to remain calm in a difficult situation
  • Must be able to be on-call
  • Must have a valid driver license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage
  • Proactive, forward-thinker who demonstrates initiative to get the job done

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • General knowledge of the following:
  • Drywall repair
  • Appliances – troubleshoot, repair, and installation
  • Plumbing – troubleshoot; repair
  • Electrical – troubleshoot; repair
  • Carpentry (basic knowledge)
  • Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issue and execute appropriate repair
  • Knowledge in appliance repair.
  • Perform initial evaluations of building systems; prioritize most urgent requests
  • Follow-up and follow-through of work orders; confirm work is complete, accurate, including resident satisfaction
  • Evaluate problematic systems and determine the needed repair
  • Proactive approach to maintaining the property
