A Place At Home – Palmetto is a locally owned and operated home care agency dedicated to delivering compassionate, personalized care to seniors in our community. We're looking for a licensed PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team and provide essential clinical oversight for caregiver competency and individualized care plans.

What You'll Do

  • Review and sign off on all personalized client care plans.
  • Validate skills through AHCA-approved skills assessments
  • Evaluate and approve CNA and HHA competency assessments.
  • Ensure all services meet Florida state regulations and agency standards.
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to caregivers as needed.
  • Champion our mission of delivering safe, high-quality, person-centered care in the home.

What You Bring

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
  • Experience in home care, long-term care, or senior services (preferred).
  • Understanding of Florida non-medical home care regulations and caregiver training requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Professionalism, reliability, and a compassionate approach to care.
