Our Client within the Restaurant Industry is currently looking for an experience Restaurant Manager

Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Train, develop, and mentor staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
  • Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members.
  • Oversee shift management to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
  • Implement and maintain food handling and safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
  • Manage supplier relations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and quality control.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor financial performance, including sales targets and cost control measures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or as an Assistant Manager in a casual dining setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food management principles.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
