About the Position

We are looking for additional Crew Members to help with preparing orders and assisting guests. Crew Members play a critical role in ensuring guests receive excellent, timely service. Regular hours are between 4-9pm, and may vary on weekends or during special events. Communication, Organization, and Cooperation skills are vital to succeeding in this position. Prior experience is not required and paid training will be provided.

Compensation & Benefit Breakdown

• Hourly Wage - $11.00 / hour (w/o prior experience, raise after 90 days)
• Tips - $1.00 /h guaranteed

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items in accordance with weights and measurement instructions provided.
• Complete tickets in a timely manner, ensuring guest receive products as expected and communicating with managers and FOH staff to clarify orders when needed.
• Prepare for, and consolidate after, peak business hours by completing stocking and cleaning tasks each day.
• Assist guests with placing or paying for orders.
• Support your team by providing regular attendance and professional accountability.
• Maintain productivity by assisting with organization and prep tasks when not managing guest orders.
• Comply with all regulations and safety procedures to keep guests and staff safe and healthy.
• A reliable schedule during our peak periods (4-9pm) is required.
• Must be 16 years + to work in restaurant.
