What You Will Do

In an era where intelligent automation is paramount, this role is crucial in leveraging your full-stack expertise to integrate AI capabilities into our enterprise solutions. You will design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable full-stack applications, ensuring seamless interaction between front-end and back-end systems, with a focus on incorporating agentic AI and conversational platforms like Microsoft Copilot Studio. This enables us to empower leading construction companies to rapidly prototype, refine, validate, and scale highly desirable AI agent behaviors and interactive delivery models to enterprise scale within weeks, transforming how work gets done. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between advanced AI models and practical, user-friendly applications, driving innovative business models through intelligent agents that can autonomously interact with, analyze, and optimize customer engagement and business operations.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • Technical Leadership

    • Demonstrated experience in providing technical leadership, including setting technical direction, making architectural decisions, and guiding complex projects to successful completion.

    • Proven ability to mentor junior engineers, fostering their growth and skill development through guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.

    • Champion for engineering best practices, coding standards, and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

    • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles applied to building scalable, robust, and secure enterprise applications.

  • Full Stack Development Expertise

    • Extensive experience in full stack development, including C#/.NET for back-end services and JavaScript (e.g., React, Angular, ) for front-end development.

    • Proficient in designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs and other web services to support complex application functionalities.

    • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including database design, querying, and optimization.

    • Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud platforms (preferably Azure) for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment of full-stack applications.

  • AI Knowledge & Application:

    • Solid understanding of generative AI models (e.g., GPT, VAE, GANs) and deep learning techniques, with an emphasis on applying this knowledge to integrate sophisticated agent behaviors, natural language understanding, and dynamic conversational flows into full-stack applications.

    • Experience with agentic prompt engineering and optimizing few-shot techniques to define and enhance the autonomous behavior, decision-making capabilities, and goal-oriented interactions of large language model-powered agents within platforms like Copilot Studio.

    • Ability to evaluate and fine-tune agentic LLM behaviors (zero-shot and few-shot capabilities) and conversational flows, ensuring robust task generalization, transparent agent actions, and seamless integration and performance within interactive applications.

    • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio & Azure AI Expertise, including Azure Open AI, OpenAI Studio, GPT-3/4, for integrating and deploying AI capabilities. Demonstrated ability to integrate Copilot Studio agents with backend systems, APIs, and enterprise data sources via Power Automate and custom connectors.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and clearly articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation:  Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
