Responsibilities

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in digital product management or agile software development.
- Strong ability to write detailed product requirements and manage product backlogs.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and use insights to drive product improvements.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with digital messaging platforms and customer engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Experience working with diverse teams across different geographical locations.
