Job Title: Accountant - (70k-75k) Base Salary + Bonus

Location: Nashville, TN (In Office Role)

Overview: My Client, a Nashville-based private equity firm focused on lower middle-market manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a versatile accounting associate to support our Senior VP team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a wide variety of responsibilities across Treasury, Finance, Accounting, HR, Technology, Audit, Facilities, and more. Relocation to Nashville is required—no exceptions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with financial reporting, cash flow management, and basic accounting tasks.
  • Support HR processes, technology troubleshooting, and facility coordination.
  • Contribute to audit preparation and other operational duties as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Senior VP team to ensure smooth back-office operations.

Qualifications:

  • Incoming university graduate from accounting or finance schools
  • 1+ years of experience in accounting or Finance roles
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Comfort with diverse tasks and a generalist mindset—specialists need not apply.
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting or finance tools
  • Willingness to relocate to Nashville, TN (non-negotiable).
