Ultimately, the Project Manager - Expedites drives the seamless execution of high-priority projects within the transportation and warehousing sector across the United States.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in transportation, logistics, or warehousing environments.
  • Proven ability to manage expedited or time-sensitive projects successfully.
  • Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and warehousing operations within the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.

  • Coordinate with logistics providers, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate rapid shipment and delivery of goods.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions promptly.
  • Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders regularly to maintain alignment and transparency.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, reports, and compliance records.
  • Optimize resource allocation and workflow processes to improve efficiency in expedited project execution.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to transportation delays, customs clearance, and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and company policies during expedited operations.

The required skills enable the Project Manager to effectively plan, execute, and monitor expedited transportation and warehousing projects, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
