Unbeatable Compensation:

• Our trained full time techs starting wage is $22 per hour cleaning. Our average team member earns $26 per hour once trained. We only hire w-2 employees.

This week our Technicians ranged in pay from $724.23 to $1222.42

EXPECTATION:

We're looking for positive, upbeat individuals who are joyful, energetic, and bring light into every space all while being a blessing to each family we serve. We strive to be exceedingly, abundantly more than our clients can ask or imagine.

Responsibilities:

• Be available Monday through Friday from 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM
• Clean homes using a variety of professional products, disinfectants, and tools
• Vacuum carpets and hardwood floors to leave them spotless
• Disinfect bathrooms and kitchens, including toilets, sinks, and tubs
• Change bed linens and tidy bedrooms for a fresh, welcoming feel
• Organize and disinfect equipment at the end of your shift
• Wash used cloths at the end of the day to prepare for tomorrow's success
• Communicate clearly and kindly with clients and teammates
• Bring not just cleanliness, but joy and care into every home we touch

Qualifications:

• In good physical shape — this is a very active role (it's like getting paid to work out )
• Punctual, dependable, and committed to showing up strong
• A clean driving record (last 5 years, You can had a speeding ticket but no major incidents like a DWI/DUI) and your own reliable transportation (we reimburse mileage )
• Comfortable lifting and carrying tools and supplies throughout the day
• Have a smartphone to clock in/out and access schedules
• Able to work independently with confidence and accountability
• Positive, upbeat attitude — we want joyful, energetic people who bring light into every space
• Willing to learn, take feedback, and grow with the team
• Must pass a criminal background check
