At Diave' Daye Child Development Center, we create loving, structured environments where children thrive and educators feel supported. We're hiring 1 Lead Teacher to join our mission-driven team and take the lead in shaping young minds through consistency, creativity, and care.

What You'll Do:

Lead the daily operations of your assigned classroom (ages 6 weeks to 5 years)

Create and implement lesson plans that support child development and school readiness

Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and classroom aides

Engage children through age-appropriate play, learning, and nurturing interaction

Build positive relationships with families through regular communication

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment

Ensure compliance with licensing standards, daily documentation, and safety protocols

What We're Looking For:

1+ year of experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting

Confidence in classroom leadership and curriculum planning

Strong understanding of child development and positive discipline strategies

High school diploma or GED required (CDA or ECE credits preferred)

Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to complete prior to start)

Must pass background check, TB test, and meet all health/safety requirements

Monday–Friday availability (no weekends)
