Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Salesforce Developer. The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with stakeholders, creating technical specifications, writing clean and efficient code, conducting testing and debugging, and providing technical support. The role also involves staying updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to optimize system performance and functionality.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
  • Experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and integration
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and design patterns
  • Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Salesforce Developer certification(s) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience working in the government contracting space is a plus
