Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. This role requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and a passion for retail.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
  • Provide product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
  • Assist in supervising junior staff members when required.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Exhibit phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries.

Skills

  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to cater to a diverse customer base.
  • Experience with product demos to engage customers effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills to create a welcoming shopping experience.
  • Knowledge of retail math for inventory management and sales tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
  • Ability to supervise staff and assist in training new employees when necessary.
  • Familiarity with stock management practices to ensure product availability.
