Washington DC 5x a week in office to start, then 3 days on site

35 - $43 / Hour

Our client, a large reputable Hospital is in need of temporary Senior Financial Analyst for 3 months (could extend).

  • *Experience working out of a large Hospital or Non-Acute HealthCare Organization is REQUIERED

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Healthcare Experience REQUIRED, Large Hospital. We are really looking for someone with (LARGE) hospital experience. They need to hit the ground running. NOT small doctor offices
  • 2+yrs Strong Budget/ Financial Analyst experience
  • Adv Excel-Manipulate & Create

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and validate financial statements and management reports including budgets, forecasts, pricing, and variance analysis. (25%)
  • Analyze and interpret monthly departmental operating statements to identify budget variances. (25%)
  • Review and analyze actual revenue and expense data on a monthly basis. (15%)
  • Extract and reconcile financial data from enterprise-level systems (e.g., ERP, financial planning software, clinical accounting tools). (10%)
  • Prepare recurring internal reports such as overtime summaries, headcount/FTE tracking, hiring and separation trends, accounts payable reports, and service agreement performance. (10%)
  • Assist with training team members on budgeting tools and processes. (5%)
  • Support the development and maintenance of financial models and databases. (5%)
  • Participate in ad hoc projects related to budgeting and financial planning. (5%)
