Job Description

I. Clean and maintain areas, such as restroom rooms, offices, warehouses, walkways, hallways, sidewalks, parking lot, as stated in the cleaning specification.

II. Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, trash services, wood cleaning as stated in the cleaning specification.

III. Ability to survey location and retain an understanding of cleaning specifications, including special needs.

Ability to disarm and arm alarms at all locations assigned.

IV. Assist Area Manager and Operations Manager in other functions as assigned.

V. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding matters such as attendance, cleaning standards, reporting problems, professionalism, etc.

III. Capacidad para estudiar ubicacion y retener a una comprension de las especificaciones de limpieza, incluyendo necesidades especiales.

Capacidad para desarmar y armar las alarmas en todos los lugares asignados.

IV. Asistir Gerente de rea y Gerente de Operaciones en otras funciones que le sean asignadas.

V. Adherirse a las polticas de empresa y procedimientos relativos a cuestiones tales como la asistencia, normas de limpieza, los problemas de informacion, la profesionalidad, etc

Work Schedule: 2ns shift, 3rd shift, weekends
