What You'll Do

As a Sales Advocate, you'll be the friendly face of Cricket Wireless, helping customers find the right plans, phones, and accessories to fit their lifestyle — all while providing excellent service and building long-term relationships.

Your daily responsibilities include:

  • Greeting customers and understanding their wireless needs
  • Recommending plans, devices, and accessories that fit their goals
  • Staying up to date on Cricket's latest products, promos, and offers
  • Meeting (and exceeding) sales goals with confidence and enthusiasm
  • Assisting with phone activations, troubleshooting, and billing support
  • Keeping the store clean, organized, and inviting

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience in sales or customer service (wireless/retail preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
  • Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly valued
