We're looking for highly energetic, reliable, leadership and customer service friendly individuals who want to be a sales consultant manager. Compensation is a generous salary plus motivating commission and bonus structures. Full-time positions available.

Responsibilities:

  • Approach customers with confidence and a smile, Greet.
  • Sell cellular devices and wireless solutions in a one-on-one selling and ask customers to provide feedback on customer service experience
  • Ability to hit store goals
  • Deliver excellent customer service, making this the kind of experience a customer will tell their friends about
  • Complete online training for product and promotion knowledge And ensuring team members have completed the training.
  • Assess customer's needs and concerns as you build a genuine relationship with them
  • Build customer trust, educate your customer, and offer solutions that pave the way for a potential Metro by T-Mobile sale
  • Tailor to each customer the right plans (right fit guide), device, and accessories for their needs
  • Troubleshoot phones
  • Need to know how to use a computer for POS, excel, mobile app and process check out

  • Keep the store looking its best with daily house keeping
  • Keeping updated on current plans and promotions.
  • Promote outdoor marketing
  • Stocking/audit inventory

Qualifications

- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this position.

- Experience in retail sales, including stocking, POS, cash register, and product demos.

- Strong customer service skills and ability to upsell products.

- Familiarity with technology sales and electronics products.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.

- Multilingual abilities and experience in wireless sales are a plus.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Previous experience in jewelry sales or merchandising is beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
