What You Do

  • Design, build, and maintain responsive user interfaces that deliver a seamless user experience across devices.
  • Develop server-side logic and backend services to support application performance and scalability.
  • Create and maintain APIs and system integrations, ensuring reliable communication between front-end and back-end systems.
  • Deliver end-to-end web application development, including architecture, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product and business stakeholders) to define requirements and implement features.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to improve speed, reliability, and user satisfaction.
  • Implement application security, data protection, and compliance measures.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies, frameworks, and development practices, and make recommendations for adoption.
  • Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to peers and maintaining high standards of quality.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer required.
  • Proficiency in frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue, along with backend technologies like .NET, , C#, or comparable languages.
  • Strong understanding of databases (SQL), API design and integration, and best practices for application security and data protection.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps/CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment environments including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless computing.
  • Ability to design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications that are scalable, efficient, and reliable.
  • Skilled in problem-solving, debugging, and optimizing code, with a focus on performance and maintainability.
  • Effective in collaborating across teams, documenting processes and standards, and contributing to an agile, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with experience mentoring or guiding junior developers on best practices.
