Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to oversee large-scale stone fabrication and installation projects. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of experience in the stone industry, with a strong understanding of materials, fabrication processes, installation methods, and commercial construction workflows.

In this role, you will manage project schedules, budgets, and subcontractors; coordinate closely with clients, general contractors, and internal production teams; and ensure all project milestones are met with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include interpreting architectural drawings, monitoring fabrication progress, managing site logistics, and resolving issues that arise during production or installation.

Success in this position requires excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple projects simultaneously. This role is critical to delivering high-quality stone products on time and within budget while upholding the company's professional standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in commercial projects.
  • Skilled in project scheduling, project coordination, and contract administration.
  • Knowledge of construction site operations, blueprint reading, and safety protocols.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65, $80,000.00 per year
