Prime Management Group is hiring Retail Sales Trainee in Nashville, TN to represent AT&T in a fast-paced, face-to-face retail setting. This is a W-2 employee position offering guaranteed base pay per week, plus uncapped commission on every sale.

As a Retail Sales Trainee , you'll work in-store at major retail locations, interacting directly with customers. You'll be the face of the AT&T brand—introducing new products, explaining wireless service plans, and helping customers upgrade their devices or set up new service. Our reps thrive on performance, love engaging with people, and enjoy the challenge of turning conversations into connections.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Engaging shoppers inside retail stores to introduce AT&T's latest wireless plans and devices
  • Actively listening to customers to understand their needs and recommending tailored solutions
  • Enrolling customers in wireless plans and assisting with activations and upgrades
  • Maintaining product knowledge and confidently discussing features, pricing, and promotions
  • Meeting or exceeding daily and weekly sales goals
  • Collaborating with your team to create a positive, productive store atmosphere
