Requirements

Licensing: Must hold a valid California Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry, is essential.

Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.

Customer Service: Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service and satisfaction.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain client relationships, demonstrating empathy and understanding of client needs.

Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion skills and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Organizational Skills: Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Professionalism: High level of integrity and ethical standards in conducting business.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential clients and maintain relationships with existing policyholders to understand their insurance needs.

Policy Development: Assess client needs and develop customized insurance policies that cater to their individual requirements.

Claims Assistance: Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring a seamless experience and satisfactory resolution.

Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional insurance products that benefit the client's portfolio.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure top-tier service for our clients.

Administrative Duties: Efficiently manage policy documents, client records, and follow-up schedules to ensure organizational efficiency.
