Manager, Credit Risk Analytics

What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a manager, Credit Risk Analytics, within our Corpay division. This position falls under our US Risk line of business and is located in Atlanta, GA (Buckhead office). In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and enhancing account management programs, monitoring account health, leading strategy development, and collaborating on revenue-driving campaigns. You will use data analytics to mitigate credit risk and support business growth. You will report directly to the VP of Credit Analytics and regularly collaborate with cross-functional teams within and outside the risk department.

As a Manager, Credit Risk Analytics, you will be expected to work in an on-site environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Evaluating the effectiveness of current account management programs, including Line and Term Changes and Cross-Sell initiatives
  • Monitoring the health of existing accounts and identifying opportunities to reduce customer attrition
  • Leading the monthly account management strategy to mitigate credit risk and create growth strategies
  • Collaborating with product and marketing teams to design 'test and learn' campaigns
  • Developing processes and dynamic data dashboards to forecast risk and monitor model performance

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Business Analytics etc)
  • 5+ years of experience working with large data sets, with exceptional hands-on proficiency in analytics software (e.g., SAS/SQL; Python and Alteryx).
  • 3+ years of experience in credit risk strategy or analytics, ideally in the SMB charge card space.
  • A strong track record of performing machine learning model development using Python/R /R, SQL interaction patterns. Solid knowledge and experience of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, GBM, neural networks, etc.) and their real-world applications. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive strategic decision-making, develop business cases, and create persuasive recommendations. Experience in scoping and creating KPI's and metrics, and developing metrics dashboards.
  • Ability to proactively own the program, find the pain points in the current process flows, and make business suggestions that are sustainable and able to have a long-term impact by leveraging strategic thinking, and independently provide solutions to business problems with solid technical and problem-solving skills
