Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Patrol Officer to join our security team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and security in designated areas, ensuring the protection of property and individuals. This position requires a proactive approach to surveillance, conflict management, and law enforcement duties. The Patrol Officer will work closely with local law enforcement agencies and respond to incidents as necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect criminal activity.
  • Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV, to identify suspicious behavior or incidents.
  • Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies, providing first aid or CPR as needed.
  • Engage with the community to promote safety awareness and build positive relationships.
  • Document incidents and prepare detailed reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement on investigations and security matters.
  • Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and property damage.
  • Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing de-escalation techniques when necessary.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in law enforcement, military service, or security is preferred.
  • Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong surveillance skills with experience operating CCTV systems.
  • Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and strategies.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
