Now Hiring: Experienced and Enthusiastic Medical Assistant

Family Medicine & Aesthetics Practice

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Medical Assistant to join our Family Medicine and Aesthetics team. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about patient care, highly organized, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of Medical Assisting experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency in EMR systems
  • Strong background in back office duties, with some front office experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Insurance verification, billing, and collections
  • Data entry and patient documentation in EMR
  • Immunizations and administering injections
  • Assisting the physician with minor procedures
  • Performing EKG, spirometry, VAT/ENG/BrainView, and other in-office diagnostic tests
  • Communicating test results to patients
  • General clinical and administrative tasks as needed
