Niner Wine Estates is a family owned and operated winery seeking a Line Cook. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to cook at a high level and has the desire to learn and improve their culinary skills.

We are hiring for both part-time and full-time positions reporting to the Executive Chef with key interaction with the front of house team and guests. The normal daily work schedule is 9:30am-5:00pm. The ability to work weekends is preferred.

We offer competitive wages, incentive pay that can add up to $5/hr to the hourly base and benefits for full time employees.

Job Duties:

  • Show up ready
  • Set up kitchen and preparing station to standard
  • Cook to standard with care, attention and thoughtfulness
  • Clean up after yourself and others as you work
  • Help the team and organization work through immediate needs and future goals
  • Organize and clean kitchen at end of shift
  • Communicate station needs
  • Ask questions and ask for help when needed
  • Take personal and operational hygiene and sanitation seriously

  • Service-orientated, putting the needs of the guest and operation before oneself
