Position Overview:

We're looking for a motivated, dependable individual to join our team as a Counter Sales + Warehouse Associate. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and staying active throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers at the sales counter, providing product information and technical support
  • Process orders, quotes, and returns accurately and efficiently
  • Pull, stage, and load materials for customer pickup and deliveries
  • Receive, stock, and organize warehouse inventory
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Work collaboratively with inside sales, outside sales, and delivery staff

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in plumbing, HVAC, or wholesale distribution preferred but not required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs and operate warehouse equipment (forklift experience a plus)
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with order entry systems
  • Dependable, organized, and team-oriented

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
