Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team in the restoration industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various hand and power tools, and a strong understanding of restoration processes including mold remediation, asbestos abatement, fire/smoke remediation, and water damage restoration. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is committed to restoring properties to their original condition while ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.

Duties

  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for restoration tasks.
  • Perform mold remediation and asbestos abatement in accordance with safety regulations.
  • Execute water damage restoration processes, including drying, cleaning, and sanitizing affected areas.
  • Restore carpets and other surfaces to their pre-damage state.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout all projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of restoration projects.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to protect yourself and others on the job site.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the restoration industry is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for various tasks.
  • Knowledge of mold remediation, asbestos abatement, fire/smoke damage and water damage restoration techniques.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
