As our Remote IT Support Specialist, you'll be the tech lifeline for our teams across the country, helping them stay connected, secure, and productive.
What You'll Do
Be the IT Hero Respond to helpdesk tickets, troubleshoot tech issues, and provide real-time support to employees.
Keep Systems Running Manage updates, security patches, and proactive maintenance to prevent downtime.
Solve Problems Fast Use remote access tools to diagnose and fix issues for users across different locations.
Help People (Without the Jargon) Translate technical issues into easy-to-understand solutions for non-tech users.
Strengthen Cybersecurity Educate employees on security best practices and keep systems protected from threats.
Deploy & Manage Tech Assist with onboarding new employees, setting up accounts, and configuring devices.
What You Bring
1-3 years of IT support experience (or strong tech skills + a hunger to learn)
Expertise in troubleshooting Windows, MacOS, Office 365, and common software issues
Basic networking knowledge (VPN, DNS, firewalls, Wi-Fi troubleshooting)
Remote support experience (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, RDP, or similar)
A problem-solving mindset You think fast and find solutions even faster
Patience & People Skills You make IT less frustrating and more empowering for users
Security Awareness You understand password hygiene, phishing risks, and IT best practices
