Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Your ability to work efficiently under pressure while delivering top-notch service will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and present menus with a friendly demeanor.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that all orders are correct.
  • Provide recommendations on menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience.
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
  • Buss tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or requests promptly.
  • Adhere to food handling and safety regulations at all times.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively.
  • Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing is advantageous.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
  • Experience in food handling practices is a plus, ensuring compliance with health standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $3.62 - $3.63 per hour
