Core responsibilities

  • Dispense, verify, and prepare prescriptions accurately in a high-volume mail-order setting alongside a team of pharmacists and technicians.
  • Provide pharmacist-level checks and clinical verification for prescriptions prepared by techs.
  • Document and communicate clinical interventions, clarifications, and medication counseling as needed.
  • Collaborate with Patient Navigation, Problem Solvers, and fulfillment teams to ensure timely shipments and excellent patient experience.
  • Use pharmacy management / dispensing software to process orders, print labels, and confirm accuracy.
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations and Good Pill SOPs.

Minimum qualifications (must-have)

  • Active pharmacist license in Georgia.
  • Minimum 2 years of full-time retail pharmacy pharmacist experience; high-volume retail experience strongly preferred.

    Proven accuracy and attention to detail in dispensing workflows.

    Ability to start immediately and maintain consistent Monday–Friday availability through the holiday period.

Nice-to-haves / plusses

  • Experience with Guardian and/or CarePointRx (or similar dispensing/retail systems).
  • Prior experience working in mail-order or high-throughput pharmacies.
