AT&T Retail Sales Consultant

Summary:

Pinnacle Mobile is looking for highly dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team. Your goal would be to connect people with AT&T's state-of-the-art technology and entertainment products & services that includes wireless devices & plans, entertainment & connected products, accessories etc.

We offer extremely competitive remuneration to the Sales Consultant. You earn hourly pay, commission and bonus. The Top sellers could earn upwards of $45,000 per year.

Primary Responsibilities

· Greet customers with a smile, treat them with respect, make them feel valued, and exceed their expectations. Complete customer satisfaction is our Mantra

· Educate yourself with the full suite of AT&T's products and services that includes but is not limited to payment plans, promotions, add-on features, and entertainment products and accessories

· Stay up to date on all the latest telecommunication devices, wireless technology, TV entertainment tools, and connected products

· Perform billing reviews for customers and explore sales opportunities

· Understand customer needs and create personalized solutions that meet the requirements of each person, family, and/or business

· Perform cold calling over the phone to solicit new business opportunities

· Complete all tasks from start to close of the sale

· Receive and keep inventory organized

· Solicit, coordinate, schedule, and participate in community events

· Participate as a "team player", always helping and assisting other team members

· Support management in deterring potential theft/loss situations

· Dust and clean shelves, counters, fixtures, merchandise, and store equipment

· Open and close the store on time and in accordance with company procedures

· Perform other duties as assigned by sales management

· Represent Pinnacle Mobile and the AT&T brand with utmost professionalism and courtesy

Skills and Qualifications

· Must be at least 18 years old; Able to provide all employment eligibility documents as required.

· High school diploma or GED required

· Experience with AT&T retail sales is strongly preferred

. Experience in retail sales and/or customer service background is preferred

· Excellent verbal communication and listening skills

· Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax

· Flexible to work late evenings, weekends, and holidays. When required, support operating the store before and after-hours

· Ability to stand for long periods of time

· Work cooperatively and collaboratively with others

· Work under time constraints in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

· Commitment to the companies' policies and procedures, including but not limited to, punctuality, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities

· Some travel for training might be required.

· Able to lift approximately 25 pounds
