Flour Power Cooking Studio is a hands-on cooking experience designed to spark creativity, build confidence, and encourage a lifelong love of cooking. Our instructors lead engaging camps & classes for children (and sometimes adults), teaching fundamental cooking and baking skills in a fun, safe, and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead interactive cooking classes for children and occasionally adults.
  • Demonstrate cooking techniques while ensuring safety and fun are top priorities.
  • Adapt teaching styles to different learning levels and group sizes.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and encouraging environment.
  • Monitor safety and hygiene practices at all times.
  • Guide participants through recipes step-by-step while fostering teamwork.
  • Prepare class materials, ingredients, and workstations before each session.
  • Assist with care, cleanup and reset of the studio.
  • Support birthday parties, camps, and special events as needed.
  • Represent Flour Power with enthusiasm at community events.

Shifts are typically 8am-4pm with occasional classes/ events in the early evening, and parties over the weekends.
