Job Description:

GC Lighting LLC is looking for an experienced, independent Permanent Lighting Technician who can handle complete installations from start to finish — no hand-holding required.

We're one of the fastest-growing exterior lighting and home service brands in AZ, and we generate a constant flow of high-quality leads and booked jobs. If you're a skilled installer who wants steady work without worrying about finding clients, we've got you covered.

You'll be subcontracted to complete premium permanent LED lighting systems on residential and commercial properties. We handle all sales, scheduling, and materials — you just show up, install cleanly, and get paid fast.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete full installations of permanent LED lighting systems — layout, mounting, wiring, power, and controller setup
  • Deliver clean, professional installs that align with Window Wizards' quality standards
  • Configure power supplies, Bluetooth/Wi-Fi controllers, and custom lighting zones
  • Provide photos and job completion updates for office verification
  • Occasionally handle maintenance or service calls as needed
  • Communicate professionally with customers and management

Requirements:

  • Must have prior experience with permanent lighting installs (EverLights, Trimlight, JellyFish, Govee, etc.)
  • Must be able to work fully independently — no supervision required
  • Have reliable transportation, ladders, and basic tools
  • Comfortable working on roofs, ladders, and elevated surfaces
  • Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
  • Business license and insurance preferred (or willing to obtain)
