Pre-Litigation Attorneys
licensed to practice in Georgia. Candidates must have extensive experience in personal injury law and a proven track record of generating $1 million or more in annual legal fees. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a fast-growing, nationally recognized firm with 20+ offices across the country.
The firm specializes in personal injury cases, including car accidents, motorcycle collisions, premises liability, and other negligence matters. Pre-Litigation Attorneys will focus on building strong cases, negotiating favorable settlements, and advocating for clients before cases enter the litigation phase.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to evaluate claims and provide expert legal advice.
- Gather and analyze evidence, including medical records, police reports, and accident details.
- Investigate accidents and build strong, evidence-backed cases to maximize claim value.
- Communicate and negotiate with insurance companies to achieve favorable settlements.
- Draft legal documents such as demand letters and settlement agreements.
- Advise clients on the merits of settlement offers and potential case outcomes.
- Prepare cases for possible litigation, including organizing evidence and ensuring complete documentation.
- Maintain meticulous records of case activities, communications, deadlines, and expenses.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active license to practice law in Georgia.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in personal injury pre-litigation.
- Demonstrated success in generating $1 million or more in legal fees annually.
- Strong negotiation and settlement skills.
- Excellent analytical, research, and legal writing abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
