Position Overview:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Infant and Toddler Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide high-quality care and education, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for our youngest learners.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for infants and toddlers.
  • Develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that include activities for social-emotional development, language skills (Spanish and Sign Language), and early learning concepts.
  • Foster positive relationships with children to support their emotional well-being and social skills.
  • Monitor and document each child's developmental progress and communicate with parents regularly.
  • Support children's individual needs, including those with special social or emotional requirements.
  • Assist with daily routines, including feeding, diapering, napping, and toileting.
  • Encourage language development through conversations, songs, and bilingual activities.
  • Promote positive behavior and conflict resolution strategies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members and participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Follow all licensing, health, and safety standards and policies.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working with infants and toddlers preferred.
  • Knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate practices.
  • Ability to teach basic Spanish and Sign Language is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
