In this role, you will:
- Lead end-to-end program management for strategic and transformation initiatives
- Partner with executive leadership to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps
- Manage cross-functional teams across commercial, clinical, operations, IT, and regulatory
- Track program milestones, risks, dependencies, and financials
- Drive change management, communication, and stakeholder alignment
- Ensure programs align with regulatory and compliance requirements
Who You Are:
- 8+ years of program or portfolio management experience
- Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or Rx-related organizations
- Strong background in strategy execution and business transformation
- Proven ability to lead large, complex, cross-functional programs
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Preferred Experience with digital transformation, operating model design, or process optimization, PMP, PgMP, or similar certification
- Must be onsite in Deerfield, IL
