In this role, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end program management for strategic and transformation initiatives
  • Partner with executive leadership to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps
  • Manage cross-functional teams across commercial, clinical, operations, IT, and regulatory
  • Track program milestones, risks, dependencies, and financials
  • Drive change management, communication, and stakeholder alignment
  • Ensure programs align with regulatory and compliance requirements

Who You Are:

  • 8+ years of program or portfolio management experience
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or Rx-related organizations
  • Strong background in strategy execution and business transformation
  • Proven ability to lead large, complex, cross-functional programs
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Preferred Experience with digital transformation, operating model design, or process optimization, PMP, PgMP, or similar certification
  • Must be onsite in Deerfield, IL
