Schedule

The Case Control Center

operates

7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM

, and we are looking for candidates with flexible availability, including
weekends

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations

to

potential clients calling into the firm and determine if we are able to help the client.
- Collect and input adequate data 

regarding

prospective cases.
- Schedule appointments for 

call backs

to potential clients.
- Send and obtain signed retainers via email or text.
- Accept inbound calls and place outbound calls.
- Resolve client issues in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is

required

; college preferred.
- Excellent comprehension and 

critical-thinking

skills.
- Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced office environment.
- Used to 

adapting

in

an ever-changing environment and handling multiple priorities.
- Must thrive both in a team environment and when working independently.
- Reliable and dependable.
- Excellent comprehension and

critical-thinking

skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM with excellent writing skills while navigating through multiple software applications.
