The Site Civil Engineer position will includeresponsibility for the technical completion of civil engineering sitedevelopment projects and related work activities including: scope definition,feasibility studies, design proposal development, design narratives, formalengineering reports, specification review, design calculations, systemmodeling, review of geotechnical reports, review of site surveys, client reviewmeetings, city development meetings, site construction observation reports,formal meeting documentation, answer construction and bid requests forinformation and collaboration with in -house and remote teams. The Site Civil Engineer candidate must be ableto participate and thrive within a multi -discipline team environment, delivering well -coordinated projects in a timely manner and within teambudgets. Limited local, regional, and national travel for the purposes ofdocumenting existing conditions is an applicable part of the job.   RequirementsProfessional Engineering license in multiplestates required. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Masters; ABETAccredited​• Professional Engineer (PE) required. (Multi -state)• Experience: 5 -10years of civil design• Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D software required.• Familiarity with industry standards forillustration of civil and design• Ability to communicate well both verballyand in writing• Ability to prepare proposals for projects,including estimating fees This position will provide an excellentopportunity to an individual to be part of the Civil Team Leadership Group:First leading with strong technical skills to solve site development civilchallenges for clients and secondarily helping the civil team's continuousimprovement efforts in setting up design processes, QAQC checklists and strongproduction drawing and modeling templates (Civil 3D).The work varies across local, regional, andnational (we are licensed to do work in the lower 48 states). The work is alsodiverse in nature serving Federal Government, Local Municipal, Retail,Commercial, Healthcare, and Industrial clients. This position will provide anindividual the opportunity to lead large multi -million -dollar, multi -disciplineprojects as the Civil Discipline Lead or allow the individual to provideoversite of numerous smaller projects while providing direction and mentoringof civil designers and technicians. SKILLS• Familiarity withcurrent design trends and local codes• Familiarity withFederal Facility Criteria – Whole Building Design Guide• Familiarity withindustry standards for illustration of civil and design• Ability tocommunicate well both verbally and in writing• Ability toprepare proposals for projects, including estimating fees• Ability toaccommodate overnight travel by car and by air• Ability tocommunicate well with clients and potential clients – written and verbal• Workingknowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3 -D software
