Our client is a well-established, family-founded wealth management firm that has been serving clients for over 30 years. With $200M in assets under management, the firm is focused on providing deep, personalized service to a select number of high-net-worth families. Their vision is to grow thoughtfully toward $300–400M AUM while maintaining a client-first approach, offering strategic advice in collaboration with CPAs, attorneys, and other professionals.

The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Wealth Advisor who can seamlessly balance technical financial expertise with strong relationship management. This role will focus on ensuring legacy clients continue to receive exceptional care while also supporting new client acquisition through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary advisor for an assigned group of clients, ensuring all aspects of their financial needs are managed.
  • Deliver comprehensive financial planning, investment management, and tax-aware strategies.
  • Act as a trusted resource in specialized areas such as estate planning, tax planning, or portfolio management.
  • Collaborate with CPAs, attorneys, and other COIs to strengthen client outcomes and firm growth.
  • Maintain the highest standard of client service, communication, and follow-through.
  • Support business development by representing the firm as part of a broader advisory team.

Qualifications:

  • CFP designation required; strong tax background or CPA/EA designation preferred.
  • 5–10 years of experience in wealth management serving HNW clients.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain deep client relationships.
  • Strong technical competence in financial planning and investment management.
  • High drive, resourcefulness, and ability to thrive in a boutique environment.
  • Based in Houston, TX; ability to work in-office with flexibility for occasional WFH.

Compensation:

  • $100,000 - $120,000 with revenue share
  • OTE $120K-140K
